Annual General Meeting - June 29, 2026

Members,

The Field Hockey Nova Scotia AGM will be held on June 29th, 2026 at 8pm via Zoom meeting. The Zoom meeting link and details are below.

Club teams, please have a minimum of 3 people from each team on the call to ensure a quorum. The voting FHNS AGM Proxy Form is attached, please forward prior to the meeting if you will be representing other members in the meeting for voting purposes.

Attached you will also find the FHNS AGM Report 2026, 2025-FHNS- AGM-Meeting Minutes and the proposed bylaw changes. There are two attachments for the proposed bylaws (One shows what changed from the 2022 version and the other shows how it would look once passed).

Any new business submissions to the AGM agenda must be sent to fieldhockeyns@gmail.com by June 8th, 2026.
